Chia specializes in Boards and C-suite leadership teams and Tan in Healthcare and Life Sciences. They will join Sean Lee, True Partner and Asia Regional Lead, to further amplify True’s reach in the Asia Pacific region.

Throughout his career, Chia has focused on C-suite executive searches and the recruitment of non-executive board members for technology, media, financial services, and industrial products companies in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining True, he served as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds where he completed several high-profile assignments, including several CEO succession projects for South East Asian companies. After spending 16 years as a leader at Egon Zehnder, he also founded and managed his own consulting firm.

Before that, she was responsible for the Industrial, Supply Chain & Healthcare practices as a senior director at Ethos BeathChapman. Tan’s work spans multinational corporations to small and medium sized startups, and she partners with clients on data-driven solutions from talent search to engagement and management in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and healthcare infrastructure industries.
