He specializes in recruiting and building diverse leadership teams, with a focus on CEOs, for companies in the consumer and digital health sectors.

Before joining True, Pearl was the Head of CEO Talent at Redesign Health, a health-tech venture studio, where he helped the company become an industry-leader in that space. While there, he led an executive talent team responsible for recruiting dozens of founding CEOs to lead companies within their portfolio. Prior to that, he was a Partner at SPMB, where he co-founded and co-led the firm's digital health and consumer technology practices and played a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of those sectors over a period of ten years.
