He led Boyden’s tech practice in the Americas and held the Managing Partner role at Calibre One, where he was appointed to the global operating committee to oversee profit and loss management and foster the vitality and scale of their US Operations. Notably, his tenure was characterized by an unparalleled trajectory of revenue augmentation and headcount expansion while building an impressive track record of placing top-tier Product, Data and Technology executives and grew his vertical advisory expertise with Fortune 1000 Technology corporations.
Most recently, Dan worked at Diversis Capital as an Operating Partner, a leading PE firm specializing in software and technology-enabled services businesses. He crafted the playbook and spearheaded the talent function. He also served as the primary liaison with portfolio and external service providers for pivotal human capital endeavors.
