BOSTON - April 30, 2024—True, the only tech and data-first global talent platform, announced today that Lou Jordano has joined True Search as a partner in True’s Software & Enterprise Tech practice. Lou brings a deep appreciation for value creation to the practice, having served as a chief marketing officer multiple times as well as an Operating Partner for a growth equity firm.

Lou joins True with over 20 years of operating experience and a proven track record of building high-performance teams in companies large and small, both publicly traded and privately financed. Having managed at global scale in large enterprises as well as in several growth-stage businesses, Lou is expert at driving company growth by matching talent to asset class, while instilling a culture of analytic rigor.
Prior to joining True’s Software & Enterprise Tech practice, Lou was an Operating Partner at Level Equity, where he accelerated the growth of portfolio companies in part by helping them hire top GTM talent. Previously, Lou was a serial CMO specializing in B2B SaaS businesses. Earlier in his career, Lou worked for global enterprises, and prior to that, was a founding member of both Accenture’s SAP practice as well as Sapient’s business strategy group. Having begun his career as a teacher, Lou learned early how to assess individuals’ talents to help them realize their potential.
