As the chief information officer at True, Will oversees the IT vision and strategy, ensuring key business processes to enable enterprise growth and flexibility.  Will brings more than two decades of leadership experience in technology and operations in high-growth technology companies.

Previously he was the head of IT at Matterport where he led an IT organization to support the agile and varying needs of a consumer device business and a subscription software business.  He instituted an IT governance program and implemented cybersecurity, reliability, and disaster recovery options optimized for company needs.  Will also served as head of business systems and integrations at Nimble Storage, a Hewlett-Packard Enterprise company.  In this role, he led engagement for multiple global digital transformation initiatives and automations.  Additionally, he held roles at 3PAR, VMware, and Informatica.

Will has a Bachelor of Science in industrial technology and management from San Jose State University.
