Ty is an associate based out of True's headquarters in Haddonfield, NJ.  He specializes in people, diversity, technology, investment professional and board member placements across the financial services and healthcare space.

Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Ty graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2022 and relocated to the greater Philadelphia area to pursue his passion for realizing people's potential—identifying and placing top, diverse talent for disruptive and innovative firms.  He studied human & organizational development; medicine, health, & society and minored in business.
