Bio:

Sean is a partner at True specializing in engineering, product and security leadership searches for PE and VC-backed organizations as well as public companies. His commercial focus is in B2B SaaS broadly with a lean towards cyber security, data, and IT infrastructure.

Sean has led executive searches for Dataminr, Disney, Drata, Ninjaone and Sysdig, among others.

Prior to True, Sean worked for TEKsystems where he recruited software, DevOps, infrastructure, and security engineering professionals.

Sean has an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management.
