Rob is a principal in True’s Finance practice and is based in the Toronto area.
Prior to joining True, Rob spent time at Heidrick & Struggles where he focused on C-suite and board level placements as a member of the global industrial practice. He partnered with a broad client base including large public and private companies and mid-sized and startup enterprises.
Before starting his professional career, Rob played Division I hockey at the University of Vermont and later in the Ontario Hockey League. Notably, he was selected as a member of Team Canada’s U17 and U19 hockey teams where he earned gold and silver medals.
Rob graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in management and organizational studies and a specialization in finance.
