Richard Rogers

Richard is a partner in True’s APAC team with a focus on senior leadership roles within the Consumer and Go-to-Market practices.  He works with established consumer brands undergoing digital transformation and venture capital-backed, consumer facing start and scale-ups seeking game changing talent.

Prior to joining True, Richard was the consumer practice and Benelux/DACH lead for a venture capital-backed executive search boutique based in Amsterdam.  He worked with a wide range of European clients from early-stage startups to multinational consumer companies.  He has over eight years of executive search experience and has previously worked at both Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles.

Before his career in search Richard worked as a journalist for The Guardian in London.  He has an Master of Arts degree in philosophy from The University of Edinburgh and also studied at the University of Washington in Seattle.
