Lisa is a partner in True's Consumer practice and specializes in high-growth businesses at all stages from series A startups to publicly traded companies.

Before joining True, Lisa worked at Gopuff as a director of executive recruiting, where she was helping to build the in-house capabilities while delivering on high-impact roles.  Lisa also worked at Korn Ferry where she started as a sector leader in the consumer market and then was promoted to launch the NA digital practice, which is the COE that specializes in GTM searches across all industries.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Lisa worked at a boutique firm that specialized in marketing, advertising and digital roles.  Her career started in advertising before segueing into search.
