Kira joined True as a partner in 2020, focused on recruiting technical executives in the frontier tech industry for growth and public companies.  She brings a mix of consulting and search experience from large enterprise companies.

Before True, she spent just shy of six years at Oracle. In her first four years, she partnered with leaders in cloud go-to-market, engineering, alliances and channels, finance, and operations to consult and recruit their global executive talent needs.  She spent her last years leading the global Accenture alliance for all of Oracle technology.  Before joining Oracle, Kira was a partner with Korn Ferry International, where she focused on recruiting executives in consulting, operations, P&L management and finance functions for private equity-backed tech companies and public aerospace and defense companies.

Prior to her career in executive recruiting, she spent six years in a management consulting role, most recent being with Booz Allen Hamilton’s mission engineering practice.  In this capacity, she supported federal clients by identifying their operational requirements to establish and implement technical and business solutions.

Kira has a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and international politics from George Mason University and is a previous security clearance holder.
