Justin has partnered with private equity and venture-backed companies within energy, energy development, sustainable materials and alternate fuel technologies.
He specializes in finding executives for companies developing emerging technologies and has completed many C-suite searches within software, IOT and automation. Justin’s search assignments have included projects in the UK, France, Germany
and Italy.
Prior to joining Hobbs & Towne (acquired by True in 2021), Justin started and built a high-tech search practice that focused on executive search in the Philadelphia area. In addition, he held business development roles with two successful early-stage private equity-backed businesses.
