Erin is a principal based in True’s New York office and is a member of the Consumer practice, focused on financial officers placements.  She partners with high growth businesses at all stages, from early stage startups through publicly traded companies.  Erin has helped to scale high growth finance functions for companies like SLICE, SuperOrdinary, Ever/Body, Primary Kids and Hero Cosmetics.

Her career in executive search began as a researcher at The Prince Houston Group, a boutique executive search firm specializing in investment management and alternatives recruiting across the C-suite level.

Erin graduated from University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs and was a member of the varsity swim and dive team.  In her free time, she enjoys running and ran her first marathon in August 2021.  She learned to ski during COVID and has become a self-proclaimed green-run expert.
