Anne has more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, providing guidance to venture backed startups and high growth companies. Most recently Anne was founder of TeamO3, a boutique firm focused on advising founders and CEOs on customer success, sales and marketing. Anne’s expertise in identifying the right talent for high growth leadership teams was key to her success with her clients as they executed the strategies she helped develop.
Prior to joining True, Anne was a key architect of Fanatical Support and co-founded the enterprise division for Rackspace, where she was a VP/general manager. Under her leadership, the division grew to $92 million USD in annual recurring revenue at a 70%+ gross margin with an NPS of 65%+. Anne was also president & chief customer officer for Voxeo which was acquired by Aspect. During Anne’s tenure, Voxeo doubled their revenue, achieved an NPS of 65%+ and obtained a key position as a leader on the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
