Amy comes to True with three decades of operating experience in marketing, community and e-commerce across a variety of B2B, B2C and marketplace businesses.  She is a partner in True’s Go-to-Market practice.

Prior to joining True, Amy held leadership roles for high-growth and public companies including Visa, PayPal, Capital One, CareerBuilder, Alteryx and Persado.  Having been placed twice in chief marketing officer roles by the True team, she also appreciates the high-touch experience that makes True special from a candidate’s point of view.  Amy believes that thoughtful people strategies and exceptional talent are what ultimately differentiates great, sustainable companies and is precisely what led her to True. 

Amy is applying her deep knowledge of modern GTM strategies—including growth marketing, product-and community-led growth and brand building—to searches across asset classes, specializing in growth and transformational business cycles.  Her industry expertise includes enterprise SaaS, AI, consumer financial services and marketplace businesses.

Amy is also passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I).  As an executive, she founded multiple women and allies employee resource groups and has been heavily involved in organizations like Women in Revenue as a speaker and mentor.
