As a partner within True's Consumer practice, Ali focuses on recruiting Go-to-Market leaders across late-stage venture and high-growth private equity clients. By applying an analytical mind to every human capital situation, Ali views a company's workforce as their best asset and market advantage.

Prior to True, Ali served as the general manager of Hunt Club, a technology services start-up in Chicago, where she helped build and scale operations and the company’s go-to-market strategy.  Ali began her search career at Russell Reynolds Associates focused functionally on financial officers, global asset wealth management leaders, and investment banking professionals.  Ali started her career in public accounting at Crowe Horwath as a risk and compliance consultant for financial institutions.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Science and master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
