Growth in EMEA: True Expands London Team with Veteran Private Equity search specialist

April 25, 2019, London, UK – True Search continues its strong growth in EMEA with the recent addition of Partner Cosmo Lush to the London office. Cosmo was formerly Head of the Digital Practice at an executive search firm focused on the private equity industry, building boards and management teams for PE-backed portfolio companies. He brings more than 15 years’ management experience in the media and telecoms sectors including roles at EMI Music, Channel Four Television and Three.

Cosmo specialises in the Consumer Internet, Media & Technology sectors placing CEOs, Boards and senior technology and go-to-market leaders. At his previous firm he founded and led the Digital Practice, having previously led the Technology, Media & Telecom Practice. He has successfully placed C-suite executives, Board Members and senior leaders at companies such as Shop Direct Group, Scout24, ProSiebenSat1, On The Beach & GlobalLogic.
